How do I install shaders or packs in Minecraft PE?

You can identify your downloaded files which consist of .mcpack file, .zip, or .mcaddon extensions then select the Open with Minecraft option. Activate them by turning on the Global resources in the settings or by opening a world, selecting edit, and then Behaviour/ Resource Packs (for addons).
