2. What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).
- Provide information on how to file a counter-notice if the user believes the content was removed in error.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A description of the content that was removed and its original location (URL) on the site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal District Court, or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the courts located where ComboPE is based.

4. Repeat Infringers
Users who are found to repeatedly post infringing content may have their access to the site terminated at our discretion, in accordance with the DMCA and platform policy.
